I tried ordering BurgerFi through the site/app it was kind of frustrating. The pages were loading slowly, a few menu items didn’t seem to update right, and checkout had me re-enter my info twice. I almost just gave up and called instead. The food itself was good, to be fair, so it’s not like the whole experience was terrible, I just think the online ordering side could use some smoothing out.

The burger was really tasty and you could tell the quality was there. Nothing super fancy, but it totally hit the spot and I’d happily eat it again in a heartbeat

I wanted to like it, but the menu just didn’t have enough choices for what I was looking for. I reached out to support to ask about options and got what felt like a copy-paste reply, which was frustrating. Overall, it just wasn’t a great fit for me.

The food was decent, but the wait was way too long. For what it was, I don’t think it was really worth sitting around that much

I’ve been to couple burgerfi locations now, and it’s been consistent every time. The food tastes like I expect, my orders are usually right, and the places have been clean enough. I kind of like knowing what I’m getting when I stop in. Nothing really to complain about from me.

Most times, it’s ready when they say. Delivery too. Pickup also. Not perfect every single time, but usually reliable.

I grabbed BurgerFi mainly because I was craving fries and a few sides. The fries were hot and crispy, and the seasoning was really good, though they were a bit on the salty side. The onion rings were decent too, nothing amazing, but definitely better than a lot of fast food sides I’ve had recently. Not perfect, but I’d probably order them again.

The burger was actually good, no complaints there. I just felt like the total added up fast once fries and a drink were extra, so it didn’t feel totally worth it to me. That said, the food was fine and I’d maybe go back if I was really craving it

I tried burgerfi last week after a long day when I was feeling mentally drained, and the burger really hit the spot. It tasted fresh, the lettuce was crisp, the tomato wasn’t soggy, and the bun was soft without feeling stale.

The fries came out hot too, which always makes a difference. I also liked that the meat actually tasted like a real burger and didn’t have that weird frozen flavor some places have.

I’m giving it 4 stars because my order did take a little longer than I expected. But overall, the food was solid, and I’d definitely eat here again

I went to BurgerFi mostly because they actually had vegetarian and vegan options, which feels like finding a treasure chest at a burger place sometimes. The veggie burger was really tasty and super filling, and I was so happy there were a few ways to make it dairy-free without feeling like I was making a million special requests. The fries were solid too, no complaints there. I’m giving it 4 stars only because the vegan options could be a little clearer on the menu, because I had a tiny moment of menu panic. But overall, I left happy and full, and I’d definitely go back.

I liked this place overall, it had a nice vibe and everything was clean inside. It can get a little noisy at times, but I’d still recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a casual spot

To be fair, the burger was okay and I didn’t have any major complaints about the taste. I just felt like it wasn’t really worth the price for what you get

I reached out to support about an issue with my order, but it pretty much went nowhere. I never got a real fix, and it felt like my messages were just being ignored. Frustrating overall

I ordered BurgerFi last night, after I paid I was already kind of side-eyeing the whole thing like, “Alright, let’s see if this actually shows up right.” Delivery can be hit or miss, so I wasn’t getting my hopes up.

But the food got here hot, not that sad lukewarm kind of hot. The fries were still crispy, the burger was warm all the way through, and even the bun wasn’t soggy or cold.
It sounds simple, but getting delivery that actually tastes fresh makes such a big difference. I ended up being happy with it and would definitely order again.

Stopped by BurgerFi and the first thing I noticed was how clean it was. Tables were wiped, floor wasn’t all sticky, and the drink area actually looked like someone was keeping up with it, which I always appreciate.

The bathroom was clean too, so that was a nice plus. Food was good/fine, no complaints there, but the clean setup is what made me feel comfortable eating there. I’d def go back...

The staff was really nice. They helped me quickly. Overall, it was a good experience.

I ordered BurgerFi online and, i was relieved that everything I picked actually made it into the bag. Fries, sauces, drink, all of it was there and correct, which I definitely appreciate. I usually go back and forth between BurgerFi and a couple of other burger spots I’m loyal to, so when an order comes through right, it makes it easier to stick with them.

The only reason I’m leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the burger wasn’t quite as warm as I would’ve liked by the time I got it. Still, there were no missing items and no wrong toppings, so overall it was a solid order this time.

I used my rewards, and because it went through so easily, I got my free burger quickly. Nice and simple experience.
